This 2 hour session produced by both health care professionals and people with lived experience has been designed to help people appreciate the symptoms of bi-polar disorder and how it is managed. There will also be information and tips on how to stay well and where to go for support.
This workshop is open to anyone who has been affected by bi-polar disorder, either after being diagnosed themselves or caring for someone who has been diagnosed, as well as anyone with a genuine interest in learning more.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
