Face to Face Recovery College Courses
If you would like to learn some essential first aid skills to help build your confidence and willingness to help someone in an emergency, whilst using everyday objects that you may have around you, then why not join us for this workshop that is co-facilitated by our partners at Red Cross.
You will also learn where to get support from if you or somebody you know has an injury or illness, as well as finding out more about the work that the Red Cross does in the UK.
The number of spaces available for this session are limited to ensure a smaller group of students are enrolled.
