Face to Face Recovery College Courses
Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself so that you can transmit the good feelings to others. Feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to the overall health of an individual, enabling them to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what they want out of life. When you pay adequate attention to your well-being, you’re not considering your needs alone.
This workshop offers tips and techniques to flourish during uncertainties and to draw upon our inner spiritual resources for enhancing our self-care and maintaining resilience and wellbeing and involves facilitated experiential learning and reflection in a confidential and relaxed environment by a trained and experienced facilitator.
By the end of the workshop participants will have:
- Engaged with techniques of self-reflection and relaxation aimed at nurturing self-care and wellbeing by explored mindful ways of maintaining states of mental equilibrium and calm.
- Developed greater appreciation of spiritual skills competencies for implementing self-care and personal development programmes.

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
