Face to Face Recovery College Courses

Caring for Carers is a 4-week workshop aimed at improving a Carers overall Health & Wellbeing. The workshop will cover action plans, getting support with your caring role, consider the emotional pressures of your role and introduce various relaxation techniques. We hope the peer support you receive during the workshop will continue into the future. The workshop is open to any unpaid carer over the age of 17.

How do I enrol?

You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
