Online Recovery College Courses

Join us in this 2hr workshop to discover what the term ‘burnout’ means. During this session you will:

  • define and explore the different factors relating to burnout.
  • recognise the signs and symptoms that are commonly associated with it.
  • begin to understand ways to avoid burning out!
  • learn practical coping strategies to maintain a healthy life balance.

This workshop is suitable for anybody who would like to know more about burnout and how it is differs from day-to-day stress, and maybe particularly useful for those who have experienced burnout.

Check out our ‘Feeling positive, busting stress’ and also our ‘Everyday stress: for those that give too much’ courses too.
