Coping with challenges (16-19)
Online only
We know that young people face a variety of complex challenges in their lives and this workshop aims to provide you with a resilience – building framework to help cope with the many challenges that you face. The workshop is delivered by Red Cross and aims that by the end of the session, you will be able to:
• explain how you can cope with challenges using the four pillars of resilience
• understand the relationship between connections with others and resilience
• feel confident to apply what you have learnt to better cope with challenge
The number of spaces available for this session are limited to ensure a smaller group of students are enrolled.
