Managing intrusive thoughts – Turning Point Talking Therapies
Turning Point Talking Therapies workshops
Intrusive thoughts come out of nowhere and are often unpleasant and unwanted. They can be violent, sexual or unsettling or make you worry that you have done something you haven’t. We can often worry that these thoughts mean that we are bad people, or that bad things are going to happen – but really they mean the opposite, as we tend to have intrusive thoughts about our worst possible fears.
This workshop will help you understand where these thoughts come from and how to manage them.
Delivered by Turning Point Talking Therapies. Please book directly with them to attend.
