Face to Face Recovery College Courses

Join us in this 2 hour workshop to discover how to better connect with your senses. It will teach you how to spend less time caught up in your thoughts and more time feeling and appreciating yourself and the world around you. You will have the opportunity to participate in group activities designed to help you connect with your senses then spend time reflecting on how this feels for you. These techniques can then be added to your wellbeing toolkit.

This workshop is part of a trilogy of sessions that are designed by the same facilitator and aim to compliment one another. They are running consecutively for 3 weeks, you can either book on to this session as a one off or multiple weeks by booking them separately. You are not referred to the Recovery College, you can simply enrol yourself, or on behalf of someone, for any of our courses that may be of interest to you. Our courses are open to all adults and we welcome carers, supporters and professionals too.
