Face to Face Discovery College Courses (for 16-25 year olds)

If you want to find out more about journaling and how it might be a beneficial tool for your wellbeing, whilst using your creative skills to learn how to sew a simple book structure, then this workshop hosted by our partners at the West Yorkshire History centre is the one for you.

This course ties in nicely with our ‘journaling for wellbeing’ course, if you liked one why not try the other….

This workshop is also part of a series being held by the West Yorkshire Archive Service. Why not check out the whole series and book your places…

What the heck are archives?

Bookbinding

Please ensure you let the College know at the time of booking if you have any dexterity issues or other concerns around using smaller pieces of equipment. Our crafting sessions often use equipment that may be more challenging to use with dexterity issues (such as pencils, pastels, sewing equipment or paintbrushes) and if informed in advance, we are able to make our sessions fully accessible for those with additional crafting support needs.
