Online Recovery College Courses

Join us for this two-session course which has been developed to explore what anxiety is, and explore practical ways of managing the symptoms of anxiety. This involves learning mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, grounding exercises, information about CBT techniques, and general anxiety knowledge.

This course is for anyone interested in learning more about anxiety and improving their capacity to manage anxious feelings directed at themselves or others. It is not necessary to have a deep understanding of anxiety to attend; this is an introduction course for beginners. Students must, however, commit to attending both sessions in order to fully benefit from the course material.

This course is divided by self-identified gender; Please ensure you enrol on the version course that you identify with when completing the enrolment form.
